The Spring House is a versatile, $3, 500$ square-foot venue perfect for any occasion, from Family Reunions, Weddings, and Receptions to Parties, Talent Shows, and Recitals.

Venue Features & Capacity

Size & Layout: A huge $3, 500 sq. ft.$ building featuring a large, open banquet area and an integrated stage for presentations or performances.
Seating: Includes $12$ banquet tables and $150$ chairs.
Kitchen Facilities: Equipped with a warming kitchen including double refrigerators, ovens, and sinks.
Amenities: Multi-stall restrooms and showers, coin-operated laundry facilities, and easy access to the Recreation Area and a designated sports closet.

Surrounding Grounds & Accommodations

The Spring House is set in a beautiful location, separate from the swimming area, and offers easy access to the following amenities:

Outdoor Space: Access to an outdoor bonfire pit with seating, picnic tables, and the adjacent tent camping area.
Overnight Stays: Located next to $10$ full hook-up RV spots (must be reserved separately at $$35$ per site) and Guest House.
Hot Springs: The Hot Springs Pool and Hot Tub are available to rent by reservation only (not included in the rental price).

Pricing and Reservation Options

Booking Note: The Spring House comfortably accommodates groups up to 150 guests. If your group exceeds this size, please schedule a tour with us to discuss your best options.

Important Policies

Grounds: Exclusive use of the grounds is included only when booking a 24-hour rental or more.
Overnight: For guests not covered by the 24-hour rate, please reserve the Guest House, large group camping area or $RV$ spaces separately.
Alcohol Policy: NO alcohol is permitted in the pool or hot tub areas. Drinking and swimming do not mix.
