  RV Site Pricing

  • Nightly Rate: $35 per night + tax.
    • Includes: Up to 4 people and 1 pet.
    • Extra Guests/Pets: Please add $3 per day for each extra person or pet.

   

  RV Park Features

  Our park offers a comfortable stay with full amenities:

  • Hook-ups: 10 spacious sites feature full hook-ups.
    • 4 sites include two $50\text{ AMP}$ plugs.
    • 6 sites include both a $50\text{ AMP}$ and a $30\text{ AMP}$ plug.
  • Convenience: We have $\text{RV}$ adapters available in the office if needed.
  • On-Site Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, private shower rooms, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
  • Outdoor Living: Each site includes a fire pit and a picnic table.
  • Recreation: Enjoy free access to our $\text{REC AREA}$ (when it is not privately reserved).

   

  Pool and Hot Tub Access (Must be Reserved)

  Enjoy easy access to our famous Hot Springs Pool and Hot Tub!

  • Important Note: The Pool and Hot Tub are NOT included in your $\text{RV}$ nightly rate.
  • Reservations are mandatory for all guests wishing to swim or soak.
  • Ask about our seasonal $\text{RV}$ swim specials when booking your site or calling the office!

Guest Check-In and General Rules

 

 

Check-In Procedure

 

• Upon arrival, please call or text our office at 208-584-3371 to check-in.
• If you are unable to call or text, please walk across the grass to the office (east of the pool) and ring the doorbell for service.

 

Grounds Access

 

• The $\text{RV}$ and overnight camping grounds are open to registered $\text{RV}$ guests.
• Important: The general grounds (including the Rec Area) may be closed if reserved privately for an event.
• If your group plans to utilize the grounds extensively during your stay, please call our office at 208-584-3371 to check for private reservation availability.

Extended Stay RV Rental (Monthly)

We offer limited month-to-month $\text{RV}$ rental during the colder season.

 

Monthly Rate & Terms

 

• Rate: $600 per month + tax.
• Availability: Offered October through April only.
• Inclusions: The rate includes 2 people and 1 pet.
  • Please add $3 per day for each additional person or pet.
• Services: Full hookups, Wi-Fi, and garbage removal are included.
• Duration: We do not offer long-term $\text{RV}$ spaces; month-to-month availability is limited and subject to review.

 

Monthly RV Requirements

 

To qualify for a monthly rental, your $\text{RV}$ must meet the following criteria:

• Age: The $\text{RV}$ must be less than 20 years old.
• Facilities Use: Monthly $\text{RV}$ guests must use the shower and bathroom facilities within their $\text{RV}$ during their stay.
• Winterizing (Required Oct-Apr): $\text{RVs}$ must use propane heat and have skirting installed for winter occupancy.

Pet Policy

 

We welcome your pets, provided you adhere to these strict rules:

• Leash Required: Dogs are allowed in the $\text{RV}$ and camping areas but must be kept on a leash or inside your $\text{RV}$ at all times.
• No Unattended Tie-Ups: Pets may not be tied up and left unattended outside of your $\text{RV}$.
• Restricted Areas: Pets are NOT allowed in the Rec Area or near the pool/hot tub enclosure.
• Clean Up: Please be considerate and always clean up immediately after your pet.

The adult who made the reservation shall be responsible for the safety and enforcement of rules for the entire group and is liable to pay for damages to the facility that may be incurred by the group.  We are not responsible for any injuries or damages to your property!

A parent must fill out a one-time Waiver, Release & Idemnification Agreement for themselves and their minor children attending.  Please print out and bring waiver with you or fill one out when you get here.

If your group cannot follow the rules you may be asked to leave.  If you make the reservation, you will be considered responsible for the group, please make sure they are all informed.  See all Roystone Safety Rules HERE.
